Stars making t-shirts for charity … that sounds a lot better. The Yellow Bird Project work with an amazing range of indie rock musicians to create unique t-shirt designs that benefit an array of charities, each chosen by the musicians. In a recent collaboration, Yellow Bird worked with acts Grizzly Bear, Metric and Bloc Party to create designs for the holiday collection. Pictured is the design by the band Grizzly Bear, which was for a charity called Brighter Planet Project Fund. Their t-shirt is pale pink with a purple print. The scribble style art is said to depict the invention of the wheel.
